I focus on helping organizations train and support their employees. I advise companies on their digital adoption and change management efforts so they can help their in-person as well as remote workers be successful with the technologies that the company has invested in.

Since 2002, I have been training, mentoring, writing and speaking at conferences around the world. Along the way, I have had the opportunity to author 3 books with Wiley publications, create 100s of instructional videos, appear in numerous podcasts and webinars and contribute articles and interviews to many publications such as CMSWire, eLearning Industry, Training Industry, Redmond Mag and more.

I have also been fortunate to be awarded the Microsoft MVP award every year since 2007 for my contributions to the community.
